Why am I being Charged an UpFront Processing Fee?
We receive more than 30,000 resumes per month from candidates outside of the U.S and, a high percentage of these candidates are abusing our system and wasting our time and resources. Some candidates are using our platform to simply gain information or not serious at all. This is resulting in a lost opportunity for those who are serious.
Remember, we do not make any money unless we are able to find a candidate suitable job. We also do not charge our candidates any upfront finders fee/consulting fee.
Consequently, we lost more than $50,000 per month by providing services and utilizing our resources just to have the candidate waste our time. This is a staggering amount, and we have to find a way to best serve serious career oriented candidates and stabilize our finances.
Of course, every candidate and situation is different, and we may have to make exceptions from time to time, and, our staff will also make sure candidates understand our process clearly.
A lot of this is really about educating the candidates on proper usage of a recruitment agency and what other community resources are available. We have to use our available resources wisely, and we appreciate the candidate’s understanding as we continue to strive to provide quality service in the most timely and cost efficient manner possible for all candidates and employers.
