So, we want to provide some insight into our recruitment process.

1. Submit CV/Resume
The first step in connecting with great opportunities is to submit your resume at Our Sign Up Page in a word or pdf format along with all information required. Once the form is completed, click on “Schedule Appointment” and start the process for scheduling your initial interview with our talent acquisition team.

2. Application Evaluation/First Interview
Your designated recruiter will contact you on your scheduled date/time for your initial interview. We like to have an initial conversation so we can explain how we work and also understand how you do. Our consultants are approachable, professional and knowledgeable and will be pleased to answer any questions you have.

3. Second Interview
This step involves having the candidate speak with a senior recruiter. This stage gives the senior recruiter the chance to explore the candidate’s traits and working style to really get a sense for what their working relationship would look like. You’ll have the chance to further discuss your growth potential and ask any additional questions you may have.

4. Pre-Employment Background Check
Background checks are essential in helping us create safer, more secure work environments staffed by qualified employees. The information typically includes your work history (past employers and length of employment), education (degrees earned), criminal record (in the past 10 years), credit history (if the position will have any financial authority), and/or your behavior on social media.

5. Recruitment Contract
Depending on the kind of role you’ve applied for, this next stage might be slightly different. Your recruiter will go over different contracts/recruitment options such as (Contingency Search, Retained Search, and Contract Staffing). Once you have signed the contract we will start contacting on your behalf.

6. Job Hunt
Your designated recruiter will carry out extensive searches both externally and through our contacts and networks. They will long and shortlist opportunities and then your recruiter will send you their full details. We will send as many suitable opportunities as we have identified, we don’t hold back. Equally, we won’t send any unless we really feel they are an appropriate match. It may be 2 or 3 opportunities, or only 1.

7. Arranging Interviews
We’ll coordinate interviews, Typically international clients like to do an initial interview online followed by a face to face interview/trial. Face to face interviews/trials are generally between 2 – 4 days. Clients may be required to cover some minor costs related to face to face interviews.

8. Job Offering
Any job offer you receive we are happy to present you with all the details.  If they are not quite right, just give us your feedback, we’ll try to negotiate on your behalf or continue searching!

Once an understanding has been established, we are happy to provide a contract. This will be under U.S employment law to get you started with your immigration process.

9. Immigration Process
Once a contract has been executed we will then work with you and the employer’s legal team to get your immigration process started.

10. After Employment Support
We will contact you once you have started to see how things are settling in, then after a couple of weeks and lastly after 3 months. Our involvement then drops back, but we’ll be very happy to hear from you if you have any questions or just to let us know how things are going at any point.
